Our Policies
Shipping Policy:
As soon as an order is placed, we will be working diligently to package your order carefully to ensure it reaches its destination safely. Please be sure to provide a valid and secure address, as once the package leaves our shop we are not responsible for circumstances out of our control (e.g., stolen packages or lost packages). For eligible situations of lost or stolen packages, customers can reach out to work on filing a claim with our courier of choice. Some instances require seller and/or customer to file claims for a stronger case. Processing time has been typically around 1 to 3 business days, although it can depend on the size of your order. You should receive an email once your order is shipped with a tracking number if you are signed up for automatic updates. We do not currently expedite orders at this time. If you would like to make any adjustments to your order, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of making the order). We will respond as soon as possible to address any issues prior to sending out the packages. However, we cannot guarantee if it it outside of the 24hr window. Due to the nature of our small business, we have strict policies regarding adjustments or cancellations once we begin working on an order.
Return Policy:
All orders are prepared as they come in. Due to the nature of our products and small business, we have strict policies around returns. Returns are not accepted if the product has been opened or tampered with. However, if there is a shipment that arrives with any damages or issues, please contact us immediately. Please include photos of unboxing to document the issues, and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. If you have received an incorrect item, please do not open or tamper with the product so that we can proceed with the process of returning the product back to us. Once the product is on the way back to us, we can proceed with sending the appropriate product. We will do our best to accommodate any change requests if they are within the 24 hours of when the order is placed, but cannot guarantee a change depending on where the product is at with the fulfilment process.
